Do you place the trades and manage them for me?
No, we provide you with all of the details you need to place the trades. You will need to trigger the trade on your phone, using your account and simply follow the instructions.
Do you provide stop losses and take profits?
We will not provide you with a Take Profit as we are actively managing the trade as it progresses. A Stop Loss may be provided - this depends on what is being traded and when. You are in good hands therefore no need to worry if a Stop Loss is not specified.
Can you guarantee that I will make a profit when following your signals?
There are no guarantees that you will make a profit as this is trading and anything can happen, however, the signals are given to you by a trader who has traded successfully and consistently over 13 years.

How often will I be sent a signal?
A signal will be sent when the opportunity is there and Priyesh is actively trading that pair himself. We will not guarantee a certain number of trades in a day or a week and this is for your benefit. We will categorically not force any trades or send signals for the sake of it.
When will the live trading sessions take place and what platform do you use?
This is something we decide every week and you will be informed of this as soon as we plan them in. The live trading sessions usually take place during news events and this can take place at any time, day or night. All live trading sessions will take place on Zoom.
Do I have to sign up with your broker to get your signals?
No, you do not have to use a broker we recommend to get access to our VIP signals. You can be assured that our recommended brokers are highly reviewed and members have never encountered any issues when using them. Contact our Admin Jejo to get more information on broker accounts.
How does the subscription work?
Access to FX Labs VIP costs £100. Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days from the day you join. You must cancel the subscription to stop recurring payments.
I want to cancel, what do I need to do?
Use the same link you used to join and click "cancel subscription." This will stop future payments. You will remain in the group until the end of the current 30-day period.
I am already a member, can I use your free trial?
No, the free trial is only for new customers.
How many times can I use your free trial?
Only once per person. Using the free trial more than once will result in immediate removal from the group and a ban from future services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major debit/credit cards (except AMEX).
I want a refund, how can I do this?
No refunds are processed. By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments every 30 days. If you no longer want the service, you must cancel before the next charge to avoid further payments.
